In 2018, Stella is an artist who’s lost her inspiration and is running away from her life. In 1925, Alice, a farmer, has an encounter with a stranger that changes everything. When Stella discovers a book written by Alice, the two women’s parallel stories begin to weave together and intersect, a century apart.
