When I’m With You
This comic/artist book edition is about first love, New York, and the unreliability and absurdity of memory. I made moments, scenes, characters, and objects from the story into a gallery exhibition for my MFA thesis show, which you can see images of below. After this show, copies of the book were exhibited at comic arts festivals around North America, including Toronto Comic Arts Festival, Short Run in Seattle, and LA Zine Fest, and at the NY, SF, and LA Art Book Fairs with Vacancy Projects.
